Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the mobile game "Cue Buddies" (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.
1. In-game currency (coins)
- Coins are virtual items used only inside the Game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or transferred.
- You earn coins by playing, free refills (watching ads), daily bonuses, and in-app purchases.
- Game data is stored on your device; deleting the app deletes your data, including coins, and it may not be recoverable (see Privacy Policy §1).
2. Match rules
- Entering a stakes table deducts the entry fee; the winner receives the stated payout.
- Leaving a started match counts as a forfeit and the entry fee is not returned.
- Abnormal exits (force-closing the app, etc.) may also be treated as forfeits.
3. Purchases and refunds
- Coin pack payments are processed by Google Play / the App Store, and refunds follow each store's refund policy.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases corresponding to coins already spent may be non-refundable.
4. Prohibited conduct
Manipulating game data, exploiting bugs, acquiring currency through abnormal means, and interfering with the service are prohibited and may result in measures such as data resets.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for device-specific errors, data loss, and similar issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection law.
6. Changes
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date; material changes will also be announced in-app.
